| Family Focus Newsletter New Member Blurb | We'd like to gather some information about you so we can include a little "blurb" about you for our newsletter feature about new folks at church. Thanks for filling out this form. It should only take you 3-5 minutes to fill out! Please fill it out for you, individually. We will simply use it to help us keep some basic information about you and to share it in our newsletter. We think it\\\'s important to let folks know about you and share in celebrating your participation with us at First Christian Church! |
| Flowers Order Form (Easter & Christmas, too) | Place an order for flowers in memory or in honor of someone, to be placed in church sanctuary on a particular Sunday. Please note that there may be a previous order for your preferred day. If that is the case, we will call you with an alternative date as close to your preferred date as possible. NOTE: Please make sure you check the box if your order is for Easter Lillies (which will be place in the sanctuary on Easter Sunday) or Christmas Poinsettias (which will be placed in the sanctuary for Christmas Sunday and the previous Sunday.) |

Please note: (1) We only send the newsletter to church members, attenders, and friends; and, (2) if you have previously signed up using a different form (either the website or a written form on Sunday morning), you needn't fill out this form again. |
